We had the chance to travel twice last week to participate in the return of face-to-face conferences.
Last Wednesday, October 13th, the 2021 Radio Communication Show of the Association des Entrepreneurs en Radio Communication du Québec (AERCQ) took place in Boucherville. On site, we had the pleasure of participating in several conferences and visiting the kiosks of radiocommunication and telecommunication suppliers in order to learn more about the latest innovations in our industry. We were able to bring together several members of Groupe CLR, and it was a pleasure to see many familiar faces from our industry again.
This Sunday and Monday, October 17 and 18, the indoor exhibition of the 2021 Annual Congress of the Association des gestionnaires en sécurité incendie et civile du Québec (AGSICQ) took place in Trois-Rivières. It was a pleasure to be able to come present our various products and services. For the event, we brought together several members of our sales teams to answer any questions from the fire chiefs and their teams. We would like to congratulate Mr. Michel Lemieux, Director of the Fire Department of the Municipality of Low and winner of our draw for a Motorola Talkabout kit including two portable radios. Thank you all for visiting our booth and participating in our raffle.
On site, we learned about the death of a member of the Montreal fire department, who died while on duty over the weekend. We would like to extend our sincere condolences to the entire Montreal fire service team, the family and friends of firefighter Pierre Lacroix. Our thoughts are with you through this time.
